Zion Church is a member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church
in America and the Lower Susquehanna Synod. We unite with them in
our confession of the Gospel, as detailed in our constitution.
In summary,
we worship the Holy Trinity, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We
confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and the Gospel as the power of
God for the salvation of all who believe.
We accept
the canonical Scripture of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word
of God and the authoritative source and norm of our proclamation, faith,
and life. We accept the ecumenical creed as true declarations of
the faith of this congregation.

life, and other matters is explained in the Lutheran confessional writings. |
